  • Leading Your Team Though Change Program

Prosci’s Leading Your Team Though Change Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. Managers will learn how to prepare themselves for change, through a series of activities; and they will learn how to lead their team though change by embodying each of the 5 Key Roles of people managers -CLARC roles (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach)

Each CLARC role impacts one or more elements in the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) helping to move impacted employees from a current state, through a transition state, into the desired future state and realizing project and organizational benefits.

At the end of this one-day experience, participants will be able to:

  • Understand foundational change concepts
  • Understand Best Practice Research data
  • Apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change
  • Understand how to lead their team though change by embodying the CLARC roles (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach)

Participant Profile

This program is designed to activate the People Manager role within our change management practice. The Leading Your Team Though Change program is applicable to people managers and supervisors within an organization that have at least one or more direct reports.

Delivery Modes

The program is offered in two delivery modes:

In-person and virtual instructor-led training (VILT). VILT is an online classroom where the participants and instructor are in different locations and interact together on a video conference platform making it a highly engaging and truly interactive experience. Both in-person and VILT programs use the same high-quality program content and achieve the same learning objectives.

Post-program

A participant needs to commit to put their learning into action. Full mastery of change management is achieved through ongoing practice.

People Manager’s may access Knowledge Hub – Leading Your Team for additional guidance and tools to apply their learnings with their team.

Participants who complete a Leading Your Team Through Change program with Prosci receive a digital badge as a credential that is securely maintained and managed online. Digital badges are designed to make learning visible and verifiable, empowering participants to promote their demonstrated competencies and skills. Digital badges allow participants to display their Prosci accomplishments in their social media and signature block, as well as print their certificate(s). Employers can easily verify their learning.

  • Employee Orientation


Prosci’s Change Management Employee Orientation creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. The Change Management Employee Orientation program which uses the Prosci ADKAR Model to help mitigate employee resistance by preparing them for change. This program addresses employee concerns and equips them with the skills and framework necessary to thrive through change.

The program is aimed at front-line employees who are being impacted by change. It is most effective when employees impacted by the same change can attend the program together. 

At the end of this one-day experience, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the states of change.
  • Understand resistance and emotional reactions to change.
  • Apply Prosci’s ADKAR Model.
  • Understand aspects of change impact.
  • Create an individual action plan.

Participant Profile

The program is designed to provide knowledge of how to take control of change and be accountable for their own success with the changes impacting them.
The Change Management Employee Orientation is applicable to front-line employees/employees below Supervisory level, who are experiencing change. It is more manageable in the class if all of the participants are experiencing at least one common change that the discussions can center on.

Delivery Modes

The program is offered in two delivery modes:
